On the financial aspect, the person has to pay attention to the initial capital of the business. It should be enough to cover the costs of starting up the business. The expenses that comes with the business start up, like registration, office rent, initial supplies inventory, and other similar expenses, should be well-covered by the capital.

The capital should not only cover the initial expenses of the start up. If possible, the person should make sure that the budget can support the business for a period of at least one year. This way, the person can secure the continuity of the business for a year. An entire year should be enough to stabilize the company.

For the physical aspect, the most important thing to consider is the office location. This is the location where the headquarter of the company is to be found. One has to make sure that the location is a good area to start up a business base. Not only the location, one also needs to market this business to gain clients.

The office should then have enough staff to handle the administrative work. The staff should be capable of providing good customer service to potential clients.
