3. Rotation Push-Ups Assume the classic pushup position, but as you come up, rotate your body so your right arm lifts up and extends overhead. Your arms and torso should form a T. Return to the starting position, lower yourself, then push up and rotate till your left hand points toward the ceiling. Step 1 Assume starting position as shown by placing hands underneath shoulders. Step 2 Lower upper body towards floor by bending at elbows. Step 3 Push up back to starting position, and rotate left arm up toward ceiling. Step 4 Stretch arm up and make sure to look up toward hand. Step 5 Lower hand to floor to repeat pushup and then perform with your right hand.

4. Elevated Push-Ups take more effort than rotation push-ups which is why they are more impactful. The only tweak to the routine that you have to make is to use steps or a bench to keep your feet on. You would be on your palms and toes, the difference being that your palms would be flat on the ground while your toes would be elevated. Bend your arms and go as low as you can. Then, push your body back up by straightening your arms.

5. Chest Dips You will need to find some kind of bars to perform Chest Dips. They now sell some that fit in doorways. Once you have your bars grab onto them and try doing some pull-ups. Move your body so your chest can feel it. Just hold for a sec, then drop slowly down to your start position and repeat the exercise.
