When you exercise, your pituitary gland releases endorphins, the hormones that make you feel good. Research has been done on the effectiveness of endorphins, and the results show that endorphins are just as effective as anti-depressants when it comes to making you feel good.

Recognize Your Insecurities.We all have our own flaws and insecurities since nobody is perfect. There is no need to worry for something that you cannot fix yourself or a past negative experience. Things happen in life and you have to accept that there is no way to go back and fix things up. So if you feel ashamed of anything you did or that happened in your life you will most likely not get over this completely but over time you may gradually. Talk to yourself or anyone you trust and love a lot about it. You need to get rid of things that make you feel bad. Learning to accept by recognizing your insecurities can help you grow stronger and building more confidence.

Focus on Your Success.It is a great way of gaining some confidence if you look fondly at some things you have achieved in life. It is easy to focus on what you have not achieved in life and lose confidence. But if you focus on things that you have done over the years, can help you rediscover your talents and abilities and help improve self confidence consequently.Write Down a List of All the Things You are Proud of.You need to believe in yourself and to do so you need to look at things you have done in the past or achieved that makes you feel proud of. Recognizing your own good qualities and all the good things you have done will remind you of your abilities and inspire you to achieve more. Making a list of all the good things you have done in life and using the list when you are in low self confidence can be very therapeutic.

Some of those efforts may involve:Taking a leadership positions in another organization.Find a mentor in your niche.Hire a coach that has a track record of success in your market place.Join a mastermind group that has been meeting regular for over 1 year.Take a speech class to work on improving your presentation communication skills and overcome a common fear which will help to increase your self confidence.Also, Be mindful of the information your reading, listening to, studying. Be aware of bad news but use logic when addressing it. Try not to waste too much valuable time getting distracted surfing the web or watching videos on YouTube.

The important thing to remember is, as a beginner, start an exercise routine and build on it gradually. The big mistake some people do is they try to do too much too quickly and end up quitting not long after they started. This can give them the, 'I'm a failure' feeling and can lower their self-esteem, making them feel bad about themselves.Do your best to fit exercise in your life. It is thus easy for you to win in such a situation no matter the challenges. So, avoid 'copy and pasting' other peoples ideas.Know your niche. Identify the thing that you do best and be sure to impress at all times. You are better placed knowing your area of specialty than trying to do things that do not fit into your style of life. You are at home in your own niche thus an increased self-confidence.

Be social and thus more interactive. By reaching out to more people, you are able to learn new things and how to get by with life. Keeping to yourself is an enemy to your self-confidence later in your life. Therefore, try to come out of the cocoon.

Learn to forgive yourself when you don't accomplish all that you set out to.
